HISTORY

In the 70’s the originally independent companies Stähler Maschinenfabrik, Kröger Schweisstechnik and Protarc Zaar joined the IBG group. The close working relationships developed over 25 years together with a complimentary range of products for similar markets were the deciding factors that led to their merging together to form Uniweld in 1999.

This rationalisation of development, production and customer service, resulted not only in everything coming under the same roof, but also for the customer it offers a greater range of potential solutions to meet production problems with-in the metals fabrications industries. With this basic concept we convert specific customer needs into state of the art solutions.
