The scope of supply of UNIWELD has been designed to cover a wide range of loads and dimensions and include many welding appliances such as poositioners, turntables, rotators, column & booms, longitudinal seamers, supports for welding torches, and oscillation devices. These are sturdy, simple to handle and can simplify many welding applications through the use of basic automation. Our individual welding appliances are easily joined together with an extensive range of system components to form machinery for either batch or series production.

Longitudinal seamer for pipes up to 3000 mm length with carriage and submerged-arc welding equipment. Longitudinal seamers for pipes and sheets up to 8000 mm length are available. |
Rotator self aligning type with carriage and 60 tons load capacity. Rotators and other welding fixtures are vailable with load capacities from 5 up to 1500 tons. |
